This assessment assumes you are regularly living in a safe and calm environment and has at least one loving, attentive friend, partner or family member.
This assessment begins with the understanding that no adult is static, and that perception, behavior, stress, and regulation are all shaped by life experience, environment, relationships, responsibilities, and current nervous system load.
Because adults adapt over time, and because many adults have learned to mask, override, or compensate for their natural patterns, this assessment is not designed to explain every behavior in every moment. It is also not intended to diagnose pathology or define identity in a fixed way.
Rather, this assessment is designed to identify the deeper perceptual patterns and nervous system tendencies that remain relatively consistent across time and context. It looks at four core dimensions: what reaches you first, how you process what you take in, what tends to disrupt coherence first, and what most naturally helps you restore internal order.
