MultiSensory Intelligence™
MultiSensory Intelligence™ describes how some children experience the world through expanded sensory, emotional, and perceptual channels. Rather than fitting traditional developmental models, these children often process information visually, somatically, intuitively, or multidimensionally. MSI offers parents a clear, respectful framework for understanding these differences—not as deficits, but as meaningful expressions of intelligence that require support, context, and care.

What if the way we've been mapping human intelligence has been too narrow?
What if what we call “neurodiversity”—ADHD, autism, hypersensitivity, non-linear learning—are not deficits but expressions of expanded human perception? Multisensory Intelligence™ (MSI) is a scientific and developmental framework that proposes exactly that.
Developed by Dr. Therese Rowley, MSI reframes human difference as multidimensional perception: the ability to receive and integrate information across channels most people process separately—visual, auditory, emotional, energetic, intuitive, and nonlocal.
MSI identifies five Signature Intelligences as perceptual architectures—maps of how a person’s consciousness naturally interprets reality.
And together, they reveal a broader spectrum of human potential.
“You are not failing. You are raising a child whose intelligence is more expanded than the systems around them know how to support.”
—Dr. Therese Rowley
MSI has 5 Signatures
MSI is grounded in neuroscience, developmental psychology, systems theory, and emerging quantum research. It describes five signatures of human perception that extend the standard sensory-cognitive model.
These five MultiSensory Intelligence™ Signatures are forms of human intelligence not yet integrated into education, medicine, or society.
About Dr. Therese Rowley
Dr. Therese Rowley is the founder and CEO of Accelerated Alignment, a platform that supports the integration of inner wisdom into everyday life, decisions, and direction—so individuals experience the same fulfillment in partnering with their inner intelligence as they do in achieving their goals.

She created MultiSensory Intelligence™ after identifying clear patterns across more than 12,000 readings, and developed The Wonder Children + Parent Community based on this work. In 2025, she also established the MSI Discovery Labs & Foundation to support ongoing research and validation.
Therese reframes neurodiversity as expanded perceptual intelligence, helping parents understand, regulate, and collaborate with children who experience and process the world differently.
